The Practice

Peter Hyde Management Consulting was founded in 1986, specialising in organisational change and people development.

The practice is a Recognised Practice of the Institute of Management Consultancy.

Most projects are carried out by Peter personally, but some also involve a small network of trusted associates.

Peter Hyde

Peter holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences from St John's College, Cambridge and an MPhil in Sociology from the University of Kent, specialising in the sociology of work and organisations.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

He is a qualified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Before becoming a consultant he was Senior Lecturer in Management Studies at the Civil Service College, Sunningdale (1978 - 1986) and before that he carried out social research and management information projects in central and local government.
