Peter Hyde Management Consulting was founded in 1986, specialising in organisational change and people development.

Most projects are carried out by Peter Hyde personally, but some also involve a small network of trusted associates.

Peter Hyde

Peter Hyde holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences from St John's College, Cambridge and an MPhil in Sociology from the University of Kent, specialising in the sociology of work and organisations.

He is a qualified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Before becoming a consultant, he was Senior Lecturer in Management Studies at the Civil Service College, Sunningdale (1978 - 1986) and before that he carried out social research and management information projects in central and local government.
